To get the Red Hare harness, you need money, thedevelopment assignment, and the productionassignment. The cities are able to develop the RedHare harness are Nanman (in the Gathering ofHeroes campaign) and Luo Yang (in all othercampaigns). You must use development (in theequipment category) on that city three times.After that, you must then use production on LuoYang. This will produce one Red Hare harness. Level 4 Weapons
Raise them all up to maximum levels. Then, defeat500 enemies to unlock a level 4 weapon. Note: Eachtype of weapon is only unlocked based on your ownweapon. Hence, a sword unlocks level 4 swords,etc. Also, each weapon is only once done percharacter. For example, if you use Lu Bu, theweapon is only unlocked for Lu Bu.Play Empire mode under any difficulty setting.Defeat the main Boss of the level under 4 minutes.At the end of the level you will get the level 4weapon. You do not have to go to level 5 upgradingto get it.
Getting Good Assignment Cards
In order to get good assignment cards you must bein the first place and good. For example, to getthe special juggernaughts and sorcerers you muwtstart empire mode under either the hard or chaosdifficulty settings. Not a lot of good assignmentcards will be unlocked under the novice or easydifficulty settings.
Getting Good Tactics Cards
Juggernaut and Wood Ox can be obtained by puttingZhuge Liang and Yue Ying together in the sameprovince.
Use Six Items For Officer
Defeat 1,000 enemies in any stage and difficultsetting to unlock the possibility to use six itemsfor that officer. For easier results, use twoExtend Time strategy cards.

According to Wikipedia,
'Dynasty Warriors 5 Special (Shin Sangoku Musou 4 Special) is another expansion to the game. This game was released on December 22, 2006 on the Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows in Japan and shortly thereafter for Windows in Taiwan.
This version of the game is a combination of the original game and some Xtreme Legends features, including Legend Mode and Xtreme Mode. It does not include Edit Mode or Destiny Mode, but it does include the new items from Xtreme Legends. It includes gamepad support, allowing the user to use PlayStation 2 or Xbox 360-style controllers compatible with Windows.
The Windows version also has improved graphical features, such as real-time shadows. '
I couldn't find any record of this version for PC on Moby Games and Launchbox also didn't recognize it.

Readme file is in traditional chinese. Having Japanese and Chinese langs installed will help. Direct X is required also.

The readme is in some coded language. Says it runs on windows, but my research tells me we need an emulator to run this one. Would be nice if the uploader would include instructions in a human language!
